Health information

Clinical records created during treatment are kept separately from this website, in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and CMTO standards. The website's interactive tools are general wellness information only and are not a diagnosis.

Storage and security

Website submissions are stored in an access-restricted database, encrypted in transit. Only the clinic can retrieve them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent through this website at any time by calling or texting (647) 697-5880. If you asked for emails, every message includes a way to stop them.

Booking

Online booking is handled by Jane, our practice-management provider. Information you enter there is governed by Jane's own privacy policy.
